摘要
文章针对管道内防腐现场补口的难题,依据倾斜功能材料的机理,提出对钢管两端头预先进行表面防腐处理,利用不同材料进行结构复合的方法,一改传统复合材料有明显界面以及由此带来一系列负面影响的弊端,充分发挥材料的不同性能,实现高质量的管道内防腐现场补口。具体技术措施为:通过在钢材表面高温渗入较活跃的金属如铝等,形成一层小于1mm的合金层,现场焊接采用专用渗铝焊条进行焊接,从而在焊口处和管端头形成一致的合金层,达到防腐补口的目的。
Aimed at solving the difficult problem of field joint of pipeline internal anticorrosion,the method based on the mechanism of functionally gradient materials are provided,that is to perform surface anticorrosion treatment at pipe ends and utilize different materials composite structure.This method will overcome the problem of having distinct interfaces in traditional composite materials and the negative aftereffects,and bring sufficiently the different properties into play,thus realize field joint of pipeline internal anticorrosion with high quality.The concrete technical measures include forming an alloy layer of less than 1 mm in thickness on steel surface by infiltrating an active metal such as aluminum at high temperature and using special aluminum-infiltrated welding rod for field welding to form a consistent alloy layer between weld and pipe end.
