本文阐述了标准化的起源及其里程碑标志,分析了标准化发展阶段的传统划分方式和特点,提出了用标准化的推动力属性划分标准化发展阶段的新概念,详细论述了标准化发展阶段划分的新方式及其特点,对标准化发展的未来阶段进行了预测。
Standardization forming history and milestones are described in this article. The traditional mode and characteristics of standardization developing stage partition are analyzed. A new conception of standardization developing stage partitioning with thrust relation is put forward. The new mode and characteristics of standardization developing stage partition are expounded in detail. The future stages of standardization developing are forecasted.
