基于EE-TOOL机电创新团队建设内部评估之实现与分析

The Realizing and Analysesing of the Mechatronical Innovation Team′s Internal Estimates Based on EE-TOOL

介绍了机电创新团队基于EE-TOOL(Empower Evaluation Tool——授权评估工具)进行内部评价的流程、评估指标体系的修订、评估实施以及自动生成数据对应的雷达图、柱形图和折线图后的分析。评估结果表明团队建设的重要性、EE-TOOL的科学合理性、强化和细化项目管理的迫切性以及探索"包容性增长"机制和模式的必要性。

In this paper,we introduced the process of the mechatronical innovation team′s internal estimates based on EE-TOOL（Empower Evaluation Tool-authorization appraisal tool）,and the estimates indicator system＇s revision,and the practice of the estimates,as well as the analysis based on the Radar chart,columnar chart and the line chart of the automatic generated data.The estimates result indicated the team construction＇s importance,the EE-TOOL＇s scientific rationality,strengthened and the refinement project management＇s urgency as well as the necessity of exploration ＇the tolerance growing＇ mechanism and the pattern.
