摘要
通过对U型高空作业平台的动态特性的研究,验证U型高空作业平台的结构设计的合理性。采用subspace模态提取法对U型高空作业平台进行模态分析,得到了U型高空作业平台的前六阶固有频率和振型;应用Full(完全法)对结构进行谐响应分析与瞬态动力学分析,得到U型高空作业平台危险节点的激振频率和位移响应最大值。通过对结构动力学分析,可以指导U型高空作业平台设计的进一步优化,保证高空作业U型平台施工的安全性和平稳性。
Through the study on the dynamic characteristics of the U suspended working platform,the rationality of the structure design is verified.The method of subspace is used to calculate the result of model analysis of the U suspended working platform.The first six natural frequency and vibration models of the U suspended working platform are obtained.The method of Full(completely method) is used to analysis harmonic response and transient dynamic analysis of the structure.So the vibration frequency and the maximum of displacement response of the dangerous node of the U suspended working platform can be got.Through the structural dynamics analysis,it can guide further optimization of the design of the U suspended working platform,and effectively avoid the resonance region,and ensure the safety and stability of the U suspended working platform.
