摘要
指出了直齿轮常用参数化建模方法—直接成形法的不足,提出了以建立渐开线、齿根过渡曲线对称方程,精确计算出分界齿数与曲线起始、终止角度,采用成形特征下的拉伸为工具的解决方案。通过实例建模,证明了该方案的正确性、精确性,体现了该方案理论严谨,操作方便。
This article had pointed out the spur gear commonly used parametric modeling method-direct formation's method insufficiency,proposed establishes involute,the tooth root transient curve symmetrical equation,calculates the dividing line number of teeth and the curve outset,the termination angle precisely,uses under the formed characteristic the stretch for tool's solution.Through the example modeling,had proven this plan's correctness,the accuracy,manifested this plan theory to be rigorous,ease of operation.
