摘要 工程机械的工作环境和结构组成均比较复杂恶劣,机电一体化程度较高,因而工程机械的自动控制系统的硬件体系的结构设计要求很高。本文构建了一种基于CAN(Controller Area Net-work)总线的工程机械自动控制系统方案,给出了基于AT89C52单片机的具有CAN接口的自动控制模块的设计思路。试验证明该智能模块通过CANBUS与主控计算机相连,能够可靠的完成工况参数等信号的测量工作、并且通过主控程序实现模块的闭环智能控制。该系统的实现方法对其他CAN控制模块系统设计和开发都具有一定的参考价值。 Both of the operation condition and architecture of the construction machinery are complicated and rugged,and the construction machinery features high mechtronic degree.Therefore the firmware of automatic control system demand advanced technology and novel thoughts.In this paper we demonstrate a kind of method which constructs engineering plant automatic control system based on Controller Area Net-work(CAN)bus.And the design method of automatic control module based on AT89C52 singlechip with CAN-bus is put forward.Experiments prove this intelligence module can accomplish the signal measurement of work condition and the others by the connection between CANBUS and the master control computer.It also can achieve modular closed-loop intelligence control.The implementation of this system has reference value for the design and development of other CAN control module system.
