大众AG4型自动变速器的动力传递分析

摘要 随着计算机和电控技术的快速发展,自动变速器汽车以其优越的驾驶便捷性、不断提高的动力性和燃油经济性得到了人们的广泛认可。文章以大众AG4(89)型自动变速器为例,介绍了其基本结构组成,并结合行星排传动机构的传动特性分析了各挡位传递路线,并详细推导了各挡位下的传动比计算方法。表明对该自动变速器的分析思路和方法对业内从事相关工作的技术人员有参考和指导意义。 With the rapid development of computer and electronic control technology,automatic transmission (AT) has got broad acknowledgement because of its superiority in driving convenience,optimized dynamic property and fuel economy. This paper firstly analyzes the basic structure of an AT numbered AG4 (89) from VolksWagon and illustrates the transmission route of each gears by analyzing the transmission characteristics of planet mechanism. At the same time,the deduction method of gear ratio has also been demonstrated in detail. The analytical model and pattern for AT can guide those technicians engaging in the related research field.
