摘要 2010年1月12日,海地首都太子港发生M≈7.0地震,造成20多万人丧生,这是历史上损失最为惨重的地震之一。由于海地属于世界上最贫穷国家之列,因此这场灾难被轻易地归咎于建筑质量不达标,以及缺乏能够协助民事防护组织开展工作的现代地球物理机构。
