摘要
随着科学技术和人类文明的不断发展进步,食品安全已经成为各国政府和消费者共同关心的问题。国际市场对食品安全的要求也越来越高。各国政府为了保障自己的经济利益和广大消费者的健康,不断加大对食品卫生的管理力度,同时在国际贸易中实行技术性贸易壁垒(TBT),即以保护人类和动植物的安全、健康、卫生,保护环境为名,采用技术法则、标准、认证程序、标签、标识等措施在国际贸易中造成障碍。
With the continuous development of science,technology and human civilization,food safety has become the issues of common concern of governments and consumers.Food safety requirements are getting higher and higher in international market.In order to protect their own economic interests and the health of consumers,the governments increased the intensity of the management of food hygiene,meanwhile they carried out the TBT in the international trade of food.
