The development model of industry cluster under social network mostly falls into the category of elasticity.At present,clustering is still the key regional feature of industry development for every country.In the social network,clustering enterprises pursued independent mechanism which led to technical innovation chain and innovation effects.China＇s textile industrial clusters increase significantly in the proportion of economic output,which marked textile industry has embarked on the road of intensive and specialized.It is suggested that the government should play an important in actively guiding industry cluster to maximize the effect of continuous innovation effect.
