摘要
企业领导者的领导风格与战略执行力、组织创新的程度,对于经营绩效而言,扮演了重要的角色,领导者必须要有战略性的思维,执行战略性计划的能力,同时要运用组织的使命和愿景去激励、导引组织成员,促使不断地发展创新的能耐,才能孕育出组织生存发展所需的核心竞争力。通过台湾地区179份企业问卷调查数据,分析结果显示,战略领导与组织创新之间有正向显著的关系,而战略领导对组织绩效的影响,则是通过组织创新的中介效果达成的。
Strategic leadership of CEO and organizational innovation have played importance role on organizational performance.A newer leadership should have strategic thinking and capability of implementing strategic plans.Innovation is the core competence of organizations that nurtured through motivation and guided by the visions of strategic leadership.This study used 177 valid questionnaires from Taiwan Region companies.The results on study revealed that there were significant relationships between strategic leadership and organizational innovation.The impact of strategic leadership on organizational performance was through the intermediary effect of organizational innovation.
