固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体的滤波特性 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究一维固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体的滤波特性,利用一维固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体中弹性波横向受限的条件,推导出弹性波在一维固-液结构平板掺杂声子晶体中各个模式满足的关系式。研究了弹性波各模式的缺陷模随模式量子数和杂质厚度的变化规律。这些结果可用于声子晶体滤波器的设计。 For studying the filtering properties of the one-dimensional solid-liquid flat panel doping phononic crystal,the condition of elastic wave restricted in horizontal direction was applied.The conditions that each mode should be satisfied were concluded from the one-dimensional solid-liquid flat panel doping phononic crystal.The dependences of defect modes on the mode quantum number and doping thickness were obtained for elastic wave.These results could be used to design multi-channel filter.
