摘要 本文讨论了聚偏二氟乙烯浓度、添加剂种类及其浓度、空气中溶剂挥发时间、凝胶浴温度对膜性能的影响。通过控制适当的制膜条件,可以制成高通量的 0.22μm 至 3.0μm 系列的聚偏二氟乙烯增强型微孔膜。 A reinforced PVDF microporous membrance was prepared by coating the casting solution composed of PVDF, good solvent and additive on two sides of polyester(PET) non-woven fabrics and adopting the phase-inversion method under the normal temperature condition. The prepared samples were investigated with scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and determined with coulter porometer.The results showed that the pore shape of the said membrane is circular or oval with normal distribution of pore number, narrow range of pore size and high pore density, and that the membrane had greater flux. In addition, the effect of the polymer concentration, various additives and additive concentration, evaporation time and gelation bath temperature on the performance of the membrane were discussed. Through the control of appropriate preparation conditions the reinforced PVDF microporous membrane of 0.22μm-3.0μm pore size series with high flux can be obtained.
