摘要
声悬浮现象已被众多实验所证实,但复杂的结构及压电-固体-流体耦合问题很难再利用解析法来模拟声场,通过Ansys数值模拟和实验验证2方面证实了超声悬浮具有承载能力。建立的数学模型中,使用2维轴对称模型来进行电-固-气的耦合不仅能减少运算时间,提高运算精度,还能忽略掉激振盘的非轴对称模态,给超声悬浮的研究带来了方便。
The acoustic levitation has been verified by many experiments.However,some complex structures coupled with the piezo-solid-fluid are difficult to get the analytical solution.The carrying capacity has been calculated by Ansys and has been tested by the experiment.The mathematical mode with 2D axi-symmetric which is coupled with piezo-solid-fluid could reduce the caculating time,improve the accuracy of results and ignore some mode shpe of non-axisymmetric.It is helpful to investgate the phenomenon of acoustic levitation.
