Preliminary Approach on Environmental Administrative Normalization of Construction Projects in Shanghai

在检讨分析对建设项目环境管理中存在的问题基础上,根据依法行政的要求,提出了建设项目环境管理程序规范化的举措和主要特点,并实践验证了管理规范化在强化依法行政中的可行性和有效性。

Based on criticism and analysis of existing problems of environmental administration of construction projects, in accordance with the requirements of administration according to law, to propose the process, normalization and major characteristics, and practical verified that administration normalizative is effective and feasible on enhanced administration according to law.
