摘要
介绍了我国公共卫生体系建设现况,指出在推进医药卫生体制改革中要充分考虑本地实际,科学规划公立医院公共卫生服务内容,以便进一步明确其职能及管理模式,促进公共卫生工作服务体系的完善。地方应根据国家公共卫生相关法规和公立医院固有的资源配置来规划公共卫生服务内容,以保障基本公共卫生服务正常化、规范化运行。
Status of public health system in China was introduced.To promote public health system,it needs to scientifically plan public health service in public hospital so that it can further identify public hospital＇s function and its management mode.Local government should plan public health service in accordance with law and the existing resources allocation in public hospital to assure basic public health normal provision.
