摘要
为增加医院科研实力及文章产出能力,首都医科大学宣武医院通过规划人才引进培养、设立护理及管理课题、建立投稿方向引导、制定学科发表文章指标、给予发表文章奖励等多项措施,使得医院的论文产出数量和质量有了大幅提高。
To improve hospital research capacity and paper writing capacity,measures such as introducing human resources,training,setting nursing and management research project,creating incentive mechanism,involving publication as evaluation index and setting rewarding measures were implemented and the quantities and quality of paper were rapidly improved.
