摘要
目的:提高对肠梗阻手术指征的恰当选择。方法:分析20例肠梗阻临床特点及治疗结果。结果:11例急诊手术治疗,9例保守治疗无效后手术治疗。结论:选择恰当的手术指征是治疗肠梗阻的关键,应在肠管未发生绞窄之前手术治疗,保守治疗无效的病人也应早期手术。
Objective：To improve choosing the appropriate opportunity operation indication of intestinal obstruction.Methods：The clinical treatment information of 20 cases with intestinal obstruction were analyed.Results：11cases were cured by emergenly opration.because 9 cases conservative treatment weren＇t result,It were cured by opration.Conclusion：It is key to improve surgical treatmeat by choosing appropritate opration indication of intestinal.It were cured by opration before the strangulated intestinal obstruction.The patients who were not result by conservative treatment were cured by operation treatment early.
