摘要
目的:探讨等离子治疗手术系统对于治疗声带小结的临床效果。方法:回顾性的分析总结收治的55例声带小结的患者使用等离子体手术系统进行治疗,总结治疗的效果及经验。结果:55例声带小结患者中治愈50例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率98.2%。对于治愈患者进行3～8个月随访,均无复发。结论:等离子体的手术治疗系统在耳鼻喉疾病的治疗应用之中具有微创、安全、有效等特点,而且操作简单,医生容易掌握。
Objective：To investigate plasma surgery system for the clinical effects of treatment of vocal nodules.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 55 patients admitted to our hospital summary of vocal nodules in patients treated with plasma surgery system,summarizes the effects of treatment and treatment experience.Results：55 patients with vocal nodules in patients with markedly among the 50 patients,4 patients effectively;invalid patients in 1.The total effective rate was 98.2%.For the cure of patients I had 3-8 months of follow-up,took no recurrence of the phenomenon.Conclusion：Surgical treatment of the plasma system in the application of ENT diseases among the minimally invasive,safe and effective features,and simple,the doctor easy to grasp.Is a surgical technique should be promoted.
