甜菜碱对断奶仔猪生长和消化性能的影响

研究了饲粮中添加不同水平甜菜碱对断奶仔猪生长和消化性能的影响。１２０ 头始重１０ ｋｇ左右的杜长加断奶仔猪，公母各半随机分为５ 组，分别在基础饲粮中添加０ ，６００ ，８００ ，１ ０００ 和１ ２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ 甜菜碱，试验期为３６ ｄ 。结果表明：添加不同剂量甜菜碱均提高了断奶仔猪的采食量、日增重和饲料报酬，以添加６００ ，８００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 组效果最为明显；与对照组比，采食量分别增加了９３９ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 和８７１ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，日增重分别提高了１１７３ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 和１１ ．８２ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，料重比分别降低了２ ．１９ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 和２７９ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ；添加６００ ，８００ ，１ ０００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 组腹泻率较对照组呈下降趋势，其中添加６００ ，８００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 组分别降低了２３９４ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 和３３８０ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。此外，添加８００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 组干物质和粗蛋白的表观消化率较对照组分别提高了４２４ ％ （ Ｐ＜ ００５） 和６４５ ％（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ；十二指肠内容物中总蛋白水解活力比对照组提高了５３３２ ％ （

This trial was conducted to determine the effects of betaine on growth and digestive function of weaning piglets. One hundred and twenty weaned piglets (Duroc×Landrance×Jia) were allotted randomly to five groups,each of which included three replicates of eight pigs.The treated groups received the same basal diet supplemented 0,600,800,1 000, 1 200 mg/kg betaine for 36 d,respectively.Results showed that different levels of betaine increased feed intake (FI) and average daily gain(ADG),decreased feed gain ratio(F/G).Compared with the control group,600 and 800 mg/kg betaine treated groups were the most effective in increasing FI by 9 39%( P <0.05) and 8 71%( P <0.05) and ADG by 11.73%( P <0.05) and 11.82%( P <0.05), decreasing F/G by 2.19%( P <0.05) and 2.79%( P <0.05),respectively.Diarrhoea morbidity was reduced by 23.94%( P <0.05) and 33.80%( P <0.01). In addition, apparent digestibilities of DM and CP of 800 mg/kg betaine treated group were increased by 4.24%( P <0.05) and 6 45%( P <0 05),respectively.The activety of proteolytic enzyme was enhanced by 52.32%( P <0.05).
