四肢丛状神经纤维瘤骨侵犯的X线表现
摘要
目的:探讨四肢丛状神经纤维瘤在形成明显的肢体肥大、增生时对肢体骨骼所造成的影响。方法:对数例丛状神经纤维瘤病患者患肢的X线表现进行分析。结果:患者的患肢均有明显的异常X线表现。结论:丛状神经纤维瘤病患者的患肢的异常X线表现包括:①外形的变化;②骨质破坏;③骨质的类圆形透亮区改变、甚至呈囊肿样改变;④软组织肿胀。
