摘要
质量工程建设项目是教育部为推进高校提高教育教学质量的一项重要措施。"新建本科院校IT类应用型人才培养模式创新实验区"项目2009年获得福建省质量工程立项。文章对实验区建设三年多实践经验进行回顾和思考,对IT类应用型人才培养的教学理念、人才定位和建构可操作的实施方案,以及在人才培养创新模式运行机理模型方面作了有益的探索。
The Quality Project of the Ministry of Education is an important program for the promotion of teaching quality at colleges.The program,Innovational and Experimental Area for the Practical IT Talents Development at Newly-established Colleges,was approved by the Fujian provincial government.A retrospection and reflection on the practice and research of the past three years is provided.This article studies on the teaching theory of the practical IT talents development and approaches the program for talent cultivation orientation as well as creates an innovational operating model on talents cultivation.
