摘要
目前的实验室常规 检查指标难以实现早期肾损伤的诊断,仅适用于肾损伤相当明显时的病情判定、疗效观察等方面。本文介绍几种早期诊断肾损伤的试验,认为检查尿中的β_2-MG、α_2-MG、THP、RBP等项,对早期肾小管损伤诊断意义较大;检查尿中的lgG、mAlb和血中的β_2-MG等对诊断肾小球的早期损伤很有价值。
At present laboratory
routine findings are difficult to define the diagnosis of early renal lesion. It is only suitable for disease estimate curative ef-
fect observation etc, when the renal lesion is quite evident. Several tests in ear-ly diagnosis of renal lesion are introduced in this article. It is considered that the ex-amination of β2 -MG, α2-MG, THP, RBP in urine has momentous diagnosis signif-icance for early tubular lesion. The exam-ination of IgG, mAlb in urine and p2 -MG in blood has important value for diagnosis of early glomerular lesion.
