针对计算机专业严峻的就业形势,结合教指委的改革意见,在分析石油行业计算机人才需求及用人市场对计算机专业学生能力需求的基础上,本文提出需求导向下计算机专业人才培养的实施措施和具体方法,探讨校企合作人才培养的特点,为计算机这样的通用性专业毕业生就业拓宽渠道提供了参考。

For the pressure of Computer specialty obtain employment, combining with the reform opinion of teaching guidance committee, we proposes talents training implementation and methods based on demand driven by analyzing the ability requirement of companies and employment market, and discusses the character of talents training based on school-enterprise cooperation. We expect that it can provide a reference and broaden employment channels for general profession graduates as computer professional, when obtaining employment.
