Analysis of the Characteristic of Demands for Software Talents in Software Enterprises of Nanjing with the Recruitment Information

本文采用内容分析法,对前程无忧网1提供的2010年6月1日—8月1日南京软件企业软件类职位招聘信息进行抽样调查、定量分析比较,揭示目前南京软件行业对软件人才的需求状况,并结合南京软件产业现状和人才需求现状分析预测未来南京软件人才需求,以期为软件人才的培养提供参考依据。

This paper analysis of the recruitment information about software talents from June 1 st 2010 to August 1st 2010 provided by QIANCHENGWUYOU web. The characteristic of the demands for software talents was given in this paper. And in order to provide basis for training, it also forecasted the future demands for the software talents on the base of the current situation of software talents demands and software industry.
