护理干预在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的作用

摘要 机械通气是抢救危重患者的重要措施,然而使用呼吸机机械通气而引发的相关性肺炎(VAP)是临床救治过程中很棘手的问题,患者一旦发现VAP,则易造成脱机困难,从而延长住院时间,增加住院费用,严重威胁生命,甚至导致死亡。
