腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术围手术期护理

目的:探讨腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术围手术期护理。方法:近年来应用腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张28例分别给予围手术期护理,取得较好效果。结果:28例患者手术伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后恢复良好。结论:腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术已成为目前治疗精索静脉曲张的新方法,具有创伤小、精确性高、安全性大、住院时间短、手术后即可下床活动等优点。

Objective to explore the spermatic vein high laparoscopic ligation perioperative care. Our recent application methods laparoscopic spermatic vein high ligation treat varicocele 28 cases were given perioperative care and achieves good effects. Results all patients with 28 cases of surgical wound healing was stage I recovered well.
