抑郁症的预后及其相关因素分析

An analysis of the outcome and its relevant factors in the depression

探讨抑郁症的预后及其相关因素。方法对符合ＣＣＭＤ—２—Ｒ抑郁症诊断标准的８２例病程超过６年的院外患者进行问卷调查，予大体评定量表（ＧＡＳ）和社会功能缺陷筛选量表（ＳＤＳＳ）对病人进行评定，并作逐步回归分析。结果６５％的病例复发、３８％有自杀行为、４５％预后较差。与预后相关的因素有：病程、发病次数、病人的ＧＡＳ评分、间歇期的工作生活能力。结论本研究提示抑郁症患者复发、自杀频率较高，近１／２的病例结局较差，应针对相关因素进行预防。

Objective To study the outcome and relevant factors of depression.Methods 82 outpatients who met the criteria of depression of CCMD-2-R,with a courses more than 6 years,were investigated by questionnaire,and assessed with GAS,SDSS,then analyzed with stepwise regression.Results The result showed 65% patients relapsed,38% patients had suicidal behaviour,and 55% patients had poor outcome.The factors of outcome are course,relapse time,GAS score and vocational and daily life capacity in remitted period.Conclusion The study showed that depression had higher incidence of relapse and suicide,about half of patients had poor outcome,and some preventive measures should be taken pertinent to the relevant factors.
