骨增生镇痛膏治疗骨关节炎的临床研究

A Clinical Study on the Effect of Anti _Hyperosteogeny Analgesic Plaster on Osteoarthritis

７５例骨关节炎患者随机分为骨增生镇痛膏治疗组（５０例），骨友灵搽剂对照组（２５例）进行对照治疗观察。临床验证研究结果表明：治疗组显效率为１８％，有效率为６６％，总有效率为８４％，与对照组比较，两组疗效无显著性差异。骨增生镇痛膏与骨友灵搽剂治疗骨关节炎疗效相似，未见明显毒副作用。

Seventy_five cases of osteoarthritis were allocated to two groups:Group (50,treated with anti_hyperosteogeny analgesic plaster) and Group (25,treated with Guyouling lotion).The results showed that the markedly effective rate was 18%,the effective rate was 66% and the total effective rate was 84%.In Group ,the differences being not significant as compared with Group .This indicates the effect of anti_hyperosteogeny analgesic plaster on osteoarthritis is similar to Guyouling lotion and no obvious toxic and side effects was exerted.
