琼玉膏对小鼠实验性衰老模型神经系统的作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 从整体、细胞及分子水平,观察琼玉膏对小鼠实验性衰老模型神经系统病理改变的影响。发现琼玉膏对衰老动物的整体学习、记忆功能具有良好的调节作用,提高实验动物下丘脑抗氧化能力,延缓体内过氧化所造成的各种病理性损害,缓解大脑单胺类神经递质的下降,纠正神经递质代谢紊乱造成的损害。结果提示琼玉膏对小鼠实验性衰老模型神经系统在不同水平、不同环节上具有延缓衰老、改善衰老症状的良好作用。 Effects of Qiongyu Gao(QG) on nervous system of aging mice were observed at cellular and molecular levels.The results showed that QG had a good regulatory effect on the learning and memory ability of the aging mice,increased the antioxidation of hypothalamus,reduced the pathologic damages induced by peroxidation,lessened the decrease of monoamine neural transmitter in the brain and relieved the disturbance of neural transmitter metabolism.It is indicated that QG acts on the nervous system at various levels and can delay the aging process and relieve the aging symptoms.
