摘要
探索大学生自我接纳与社交回避及苦恼的关系。方法以“社交回避及苦恼量表（ＳＡＤＳ）”和“自我接纳问卷（ＳＡＱ）”对３３６名大学新生进行调查分析。结果ＳＡＤＳ中有１１个条目阳性率在４０％以上，ＳＡＱ与ＳＡＤＳ呈显著性负相关（ｒ＝－０．６０２７，Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论大学新生在社交方面存在一定程度的社交困难，自我接纳是影响大学生社交回避及内心苦恼的重要因素之一。
Objective To explore the
relation of the selfacceptance to the social avoidance and distress in college students.
Methods 336 freshmen of medical college were investigated by Social Avoidance and Distress
Scale(SADS)and SelfAcceptance Questionnaire(SAQ). Results The positive rate in 11 items of
SADS are above 40%, and the SAQ is related significantly to SADS (r=-0.6027, P<0.001).
Conclusion There are some problems of sociality in freshmen. The selfacceptance is one of the
most important factors influencing the social avoidance and distress.
