摘要
应用免疫组织化学技术,研究了不同肠段胆碱乙酰化酶(ChAc)免疫反应性(IR)神经元的分布,拟阐明胆碱能神经元分布与肠道运动功能的相互关系。结果发现:十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠及直肠的ChAc阳性细胞占总细胞数的百分比分别是:26%,29%,32%,14%和16%。小肠胆碱能神经元胞体密度明显高于其他肠段,小肠胆碱能神经元分布密度较高与肠动力密切相关。
Enteric nervous system (ENS) is involved independently in the regulation of gastroenteric motility,sensation and endocrine immunity.Using immunohistochemical techniques ,we explored the distribution of choline acetylase (ChAc)immunoreactivity(IR) neurons in each segment of guinea pig intestinal tract and the relation between the distribution model of cholinergic neurons and enteric motility.Results showed that the size and density of myenteric plexus in each intestinal segment were quite different.The positive cells distributing ratio of duodenum,jejunum,ileum colon and rectum were 26%,29%,32%,14% and 16%,respectively . The density of cholinergic neurons in small intestine was higher than that in other segments of intestinal tract and its enteric motility was more active,which had close relation with enteric motility.
