摘要
利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到辛夷不同部位的挥发油，并用 Ｇ Ｃ－ Ｍ Ｓ联用技术进行了定性分析和定量分析，测得辛夷皮、心和全蕾出油率平均分别为０．８４％ ，５．２％ 和２．４％ ；共鉴定出３４ 种组份，分析表明：不同部位挥发油组份相近，但出油率相差悬殊．
Volatile oil of different partial magnalia liliflora was extracted by steam distillation and determinated content of volatile oil. The qualitativi and quantitative analysis of each volatire oil were determinated with GC MS. The result shows:the average yield of volatile oil of each partial is 0.84%, 5.2% and 2.4%, 34 kinds of component has been identified. The result show that three kinds of volatile oil is same in their chemical constituents, but is different in yield of volatile oil.
