During the study of one year in Excel public elective course and the practice achievements of this course over years,researchers attempt to find out the effects of this course or pattern both in teaching methods and learning patterns,based on the teaching pattern of using video courseware to evaluate the study progress and effects.Together with the Fourth Generation Evaluation,which features common organizing,the concepts of principal education and personality development based using a wide range of theories to asses study effects via video courseware,embodies the spirit of the times to evaluate courses.
