酿酒干酵母应用于酒精半连续发酵的工艺试验

APPLICATION OF AADY IN SEMI CONTINUOUS FERMENTATION PROCESS FOR ETHANOL

摘要 用活性干酵母进行酒精连续发酵,其工艺特点是,操作简单,生产时间由原来60 h缩小至10 h ,并可提高发醇率。用活性干酵母利用糖转化酒精能力强,生产过程中如杂菌污染或长时间断醪时容易补救。 Using the technology of the alcohol active dry yeast (AADY) used in the simicontinuous fermentation process for ethanol changes the traditional alcoholic fermentation method.The fermentation period of new process is deduced to 10 h of the traditional method,and the production of ethanol and conversion rate of glucose to ethanol is more.The pollution control of fermented liquor is easy. Thus,new technology has the obvious advantages than the tradition technique and can reapplied to ethanol production.
