摘要
应用溢流喷射光生物反应器系统（ＯＪＰ 系统） 进行了螺旋藻的室外连续培养试验。在白天利用太阳光、夜间用荧光灯管提供８ ０００ ｌｘ 照度的条件下，当稀释率为０１２５／ｄ 时，螺旋藻的生长达到稳定状态时藻生物量浓度可达１７６ ｇ／Ｌ，远高于开放条件下池式培养所见报道的较高浓度０４ ～０５ ｇ／Ｌ。
Overflowing jetting photobioreactor system(OJP system) is used in this paper for Spirulina outdoor continuous cultivation for the first time.With daylight in the day and 8 000 lx at night by fluorescent tubes,when Spirulina growth reached steady state,biomass concentration was 1.76 g/L with a dilution rate of 0.125 day,far beyond reported higher concentration of 0.4～0.5 g/L of open pond cultivation.
