3种玉米加工功能特性的研究

STUDY ON RELATION BETWEEN THE VARIETY OF CORN AND ITS MILL PROPERTIES

摘要 不同品种的玉米有着不同的功能特性。通过研究发现黄玉米、白玉米和高脂玉米的理化特性具有一定的差异,它们的加工功能特性也各有特点,这对最大限度地利用玉米资源,优化工艺参数,提高成品得率以及引导农业育种等具有一定参考价值。 Corn has been referred as“the cereal of the golden” due to its high nutritional value and wide utilization of its products and by products.The physical properties and chemical composition of different hybrids of corn have heavy influence on the production of corn germ oil and cake,prime products (low fat grits,meal,and corm flake),corn pearl grit.In order to utilize the raw materials and existed facility mostly,authors had studied the effect of yellow dent corn,white corn,and high oil corn on the prime product yield,germ and oil recovery.
