对氯吡格雷不良反应的急性冠脉综合征患者使用发华林治疗效果的研究
摘要
目的:探讨对氯吡格雷有不良反应的急性冠脉综合征患者使用发华林的治疗效果。方法:急性冠脉综合征并使用氯吡格雷治疗的患者569例,其中由不良反应导致使用发华林治疗的患者59例,对临床资料的组成规律和治疗效果进行分析比较。结果:发华林组与氯吡格雷组比较,疗效、终点事件等没有明显差异。结论:对氯吡格雷不良反应的急性冠脉综合征患者使用发华林治疗效果良好。
