摘要 负荷的频繁波动及运行的低负荷水平是我国工业锅炉实际运行平均热效率远低于平均热平衡效率的主要原因.蒸汽蓄热器是根本上解决此问题的有效办法.在蓄热器方案设计中,使其容积最小化有助于克服蓄热器技术推广应用的障碍.借助于新编制的蓄热器必需蓄热量最小化的计算机程序,使获得最小的蓄热器容积及工程方案的优化成为可能.介绍了计算程序的模型以及一个计算实例.计算结果显示了该程序能找到往往比手工计算的结果小得多的最小必需蓄热量,为蓄热器容积最小化及其工程方案的优化创造了条件. Frequent fluctuation in heat load and low load level are the main causes, which make the actual average efficiency of industrial boilers throughout jhe nation far lower than that officially appraised in terms of boiler heat balance test. The application of steam accumulator can be essentially effective in solving this problem to a great extent, while there have been some barriers to the wide use of steam accumulator. A method is found to break down the barriers, i.e., to minimize the necessary capacity of heat storage, and therefore the volume of accumulator, as small as possible through a computer program that is newly created. A brief description of a model of the program is given and, for an example, the program has worked out an existed steam accumulator as a demonstration. Computation results show that it is a great advantage of using the program to find out the smallest volume of the accumulator as well as to optimize the heat storage project, as compared with the design adopted by the firm.
