摘要
马来酸酐与乙醇胺的酰化反应产物是制备PT系列助染型两性鞣剂的中间体之一。本文主要探讨了不同的分散介质和催化剂对马来酸酐与乙醇胺酰化反应中的酯化与酰胺化反应的影响,并采用HPLC法确定了乙醇胺完全酰化的条件。
The reaction product of ethanolamine with maleic anhydride is one of the intermediate for preparing dye-aidding amphoteric polymer tanning agents-PT. The action of dispersing medium and catalyst on the esterification and amidation of ethanol amine were explored. Under controlled conditions, there was no unreacted ethanolamine detected in acylation products by HPLC.
