摘要 Chapter Han Wen Jia of Li Wei (Theological Interpretation of the Book of Rites, written approximately in the late Western Han Dynasty, 206 BC-AD 24) reads, "Suirenshi made fire by drilling wood and put mud-coated raw meat in to roast, so people would not get abdominal diseases." This comment shows that when primitive people started to cook meat it was with the realization that raw meat could cause stomach and intestinal disorders. The Earliest Knowledge on Causes of Disease Chapter Han Wen Jia of Li Wei (Theological Interpretation of the Book of Rites, written approximately in the late Western Han Dynasty, 206 BC-AD 24)
