Paper Softener from Roast Duck Oil

用鸭油为原料，净化水解后合成双烷基酰胺咪唑啉季铵盐柔软剂。实验室及工厂试验结果说明该柔软剂性能优良，很适合草类浆抄造中高档卫生纸。重点介绍了鸭油的水解工艺条件，并对该柔软剂的作用机理作了探讨。

The oil from roast duck is very cheap and has ample resources.After refinement the oil can be hydrolyzed into mixed fatty acids.Then the dialkyl amide imidazoline quaternary ammonium softener can be synthesized with those fatty acids.The results of laboratory experiment and mill trial showed that this softener was the most effective and suitable to make high grade tissue paper with nonwood materials.After addition of this softener into the bleached bagasse pulp the softness value of handsheet paper decreased 28%(at05%charge)and softness value of the paper from mill decreased 198% on the average(at 03% charge)without decreasing of the paper brightness.The tissue paper alsohad good hand feeling without dusting.The hydrolization of the oil from roast duck is an important process.The optimum hydrolization conditions were found and the mechanism of the softener was explored.
