摘要
港机配套轮胎使用寿命只有2～3年,频繁更换增加企业运营成本,因此开发可多次翻新的港机专用轮胎,已很迫切。介绍了港口与厂商共同开发的一种TD4K(Z)可多次翻新港机(特质)轮胎的特点技术指标及其先进性。该项目实施已取得良好的社会效益和可观的经济效益。
The service life of the tire used on port machinery is only 2 - 3 years. Repeated renew of the tire increases the running cost of the enterprise. So it is urgent to develop a special quality tire which could be renewed for several times. This paper introduces the characteristics, technical index and advantage of the TD4K （Z） special quality tire which could be renewed for several times. The implementing of this project conomic benefit. has got good social benefit and considerable economic benefit.
