摘要
探讨了棉短绒的碱过氧化氢法、氧碱法和过氧化氢强化的氧碱法制浆工艺。结果表明,该工艺得率,白度提高,聚合度易控制,污染明显减轻。据测定,纸浆得率提高5%以上,CODCr和BOD5降低40%以上。该工艺可用于溶解浆和纸浆的生产。
Conventionally,high temperature and high alkalinity pulping process is used to produce cotton linter pulps in China,which results in low pulp yield,poor pulp strength and serious pollution.Alkalihydrogen peroxide pulping,alkalioxygen pulping of cotton linters were investigated in this paper.The results showed that pulps of high yield,high brightness and suitable degree of polymerization were obtained and that pollution load was greatly reduced.Experimental results claimed that pulp yield increased by over 5% and CODCr and BOD5 decreased by more than 40%.The new processes can be in production of pulps for paper grades and desolving pulp.
