Discussion on the Application of Horizontal Continuous Digeter for Nonwood Fibers

对国内数家横管连续蒸煮运行情况作了客观的分析，认为连蒸技术在我国已基本成熟，可推广应用，但应达到经济规模。连蒸运行好坏与料仓、湿备料关系密切。

The operation status of several horizontal continuous digester systems in China was analyzed,the real reasons causing a few systems both locally manufactured and imported from abroad fail to run normally were given in this paper.Constant,even and stable feeding of raw fiber material with the aid of correct metering bin as well as effective cleaning of raw fibers before pulping (such as wet cleaning) were proved to be very important for successful running of continuous digester especially for nonwood fibers,after analyzing the successful experience of Bositeng Lake,Dongying,Linqing and Luohe paper mills.Also some relative problems for continuous digester 's application in China were discussed.
