摘要
介绍了车用低散热活塞的研究工作及其结构设计方案,讨论了活塞的三维有限元分析和试验结果。活塞温度场。散热量的计算结果表明,低散热活塞可显著降低散热量,达到设计目的。
The research work of LHR piston and its structure has been presented and the three-dimensional FEM analysis of the piston and test results have been discussed. The calculated results of pistontemperature field and heat rejection show that the LHR piston can greatly reduce heat rejection andachieve design target.
