摘要
本文介绍在分析汽油机火焰传播过程的基础上,开发了一个实用软件。该软件能有效地计算火焰前锋面积、已燃区体积和传热面积随火焰传播距离的变化情况。它适用于各种燃烧室,并能考虑燃烧室形式、火花塞位置等几何因素的影响,这对后期汽油机工作过程循环模拟研究具有重要的实际意义。通过 M T100 机型的实例测试,证明了软件的可靠性和实用性。
Based on the analysis of flame propagation in an SI engine, an application software has been developed. It can calculate effectively the variation of flame front area, burned volume, and heat transfer area with the process of flame propagation and can be applied to an arbitrary combustion chamber. Besides, the software thinks of the factors such as the shape of combustion chamber and the location of spark plug. The validation and the practicability have been verified by testing an MT100 engine.
