This paper describes the structure feature of the Vertical Channal up Mounting HP Heater with Suction Subcooling Zone, and its welding & assembling procedure. It mainly introduces the seal structure dedign on Subcooling Zone and welding & assembling of this HP Heater, and the measures prevent the long and thin shell from warping.
