基于DCS大型压缩机控制系统改造及应用

摘要 随着3.5万m2制氧机组的投产,为了平衡氮气用量,整机迁移一台ATLAS公司产的 12 500 m3/h氮压机,为便于现场操作、监控,对该制氧机系统的 FOXBORO公司 I/A工控机进行了技术改造,保证了氮压机安全、稳定、长周期、低能耗运行。 Oxygen making set of 35 000 m3 was put into operation. In order to balance hydrogen amount, ATLAS made nitrogen compressor of 12 500 m3/h was moved to the workshop equipped with the oxygen making set. FOXBORO made I/A industrial computer of the oxygen making set was improved so as to oper- ate and monitor in situ conveniently, and assure safe, stable, long period and low energy consumption operation of the nitrogen compressor.
