Integration Circulation Water System of Continous Casting Machines

随着连铸工艺的不断发展，连铸机的供水系统也从最初的开路净循环水系统，发展成许多供水系统，包括８°ｄＨ净环水系统；半闭路软水循环水系统，闭路软水循环水系统，二冷水、冲铁皮水浊循环水系统，乃至将软水循环水和浊循环水系统通过换热器联合成为一个综合循环水系统。

With development of continous casting process, initial open circuit circulation water system for water supply system of continous casting machines has been changed to multi-system of water supply, including 8 °dH clean circulation water system, half-closed circuit circulation water system for soft water , closed circuit water system for soft water, circulation water system for secondary cooling water and scale - flushing water. Soft water circulation water system and the sewage circulation water system are changed to an integrated circulation water sys- tem using heat exchangers.
